Your organization no longer needs to pay for website hosting, broadcast e-mail service, event management software, blogging/forum software, and, of course, member management software. CeViso's all inclusive product eliminates the need for these disparate services and their high prices. For one reasonable price, you get all of these services and more in our easy-to-use hosted solution.
One Time Activation Fee¹- $300
We recognize how important it is for your organization to have accurate and relevant membership information. We also realize that many of our cutomers are transitioning important membership information from some sort of current "system".
Many of our competitors do not charge a set-up fee. In exchange, they simply offer import templates and 'wish you the best' in getting your information migrated into their new service or software. This can lead to a very frustrating experience and downtime for your organization.
We believe it is more important to make sure that your membership information (your most important asset) is accurately and correctly mapped into our service. Working hand-in-hand with you, we do the import process. And yes, we do charge a $300 activation fee for our service. We are, however, convinced that this fee is very much a worthwhile investment.

¹CeViso™ does not require long term contracts. However, at your option, you may agree to an intial 12 month plan. In doing so, you may "build-in" the one-time activation fee by adding $25/month to your first year's monthly hosting fee.
²Monthly Hosting Fees are flat monthly fees based on total membership records that have an Active Status. For example, if you have a total of 750 members in your database and 275 have expired for reasons you have defined, your number of registered users would be 475. Your Monthly Subscription Fee would be $100.00. Monthly Hosting Fees are not per member.
³Monthly Merchant Account and Gateway Fees vary by provider and are optional. Currently CeViso™ can work with PayPal's PayFlow (formerly Verisign), Authorize.net and Sterling Gateways. Note: Recurring billing synchronization service operates with PayPal's PayFlow Gateway recurring services at this time. You may use a standard PayPal account as an alternative.
